Hi, I’m Melissa.
I’ve been exactly where you are.

I struggled with my weight starting at puberty. For years I was stuck in the same exhausting cycle — dieting, losing a little, gaining it back, starting over Monday. Sound familiar?

I tried everything. Low calories. Cutting carbs. Hours of cardio. Every time something “worked,” it only worked for a little while. Eventually I realised the problem wasn’t my willpower. The problem was the approach.

Once I stopped chasing quick fixes and started fuelling my body properly, building real strength, and creating habits that actually fit my life — everything changed. I lost 50 lbs and finally found balance.
