How does the coaching actually work?
Once you're accepted into coaching, we start with a detailed onboarding process so I can understand your goals, lifestyle, and current habits. From there, I build your personalized nutrition and training plan. Throughout the program we have bi-weekly 1:1 calls, weekly check-ins, and ongoing support so you always know what to focus on next.
How much time do I need each week?
Most clients train 3–4 times per week and spend a small amount of time on check-ins and reviewing their plan. The goal is to build habits that fit into your real life — not take it over.
What if I travel or life gets busy?
Life happens — travel, busy schedules, family commitments. Your plan is designed to be flexible, and we adjust things when needed so you can stay consistent even when life isn't perfect. That's the whole point.
Why a 6-month commitment?
Real, lasting change takes time. Six months is the minimum needed to Reset, Rebuild, and Reinforce habits that will actually stick. Quick fixes are what got you here — we're not doing that again.
