I created REVIVE because too many women over 40 work harder than ever and still feel stuck. I know what it feels like: dieting, tracking calories, restricting food, and still not seeing results.
Thatâs why I developed a system that focuses on resetting your metabolism, rebuilding sustainable habits, and reinforcing them for lasting transformation.
This program is for women who are ready to stop guessing, stop spinning their wheels, and finally feel confident and energized in their body again.
Once youâre accepted into coaching, we start with a detailed onboarding process so I can understand your goals, lifestyle, and current habits. From there, I build a personalized nutrition and training plan for you.
Throughout the program weâll have regular check-ins, adjustments, and ongoing support so you always know what to focus on next.
Most clients train 3â4 times per week and spend a small amount of time checking in and reviewing their plan. The goal is to build habits that fit into your real life â not take it over.
Life happens â travel, busy schedules, family commitments. Your plan is designed to be flexible, and we adjust things when needed so you can stay consistent even when life isnât perfect.
Coaching is $450/month with a 6-month commitment.
This includes personalized nutrition guidance, a fully customized training program, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me for support and adjustments along the way.
