I’ve tried everything—why would this be any different?

What’s different here is that I don’t give you a meal plan and send you on your way. I coach you on how to fuel your body, shift your mindset, and build habits that fit your real life as a woman over 40—with hormones, a family, and a full plate. This isn’t another quick fix. It’s a lifestyle upgrade—with actual support.

I already know what to do. I just can’t stick to it. Will coaching really help?

Yes—and here’s why: Knowing what to do and doing it are two very different things. If consistency, emotional eating, or motivation are holding you back, that’s where coaching changes everything. I help you understand why you self-sabotage, and together we build routines, tools, and confidence that lasts—no more all-or-nothing thinking.

3. Do I really need a coach? Can’t I just download a free plan and do it myself?

You can—but if that worked, you probably wouldn’t be here reading this. 😉 A guide or meal plan is just information. Coaching gives you transformation. It’s having someone in your corner who sees your blind spots, holds you accountable, and helps you keep going even when life gets messy (because it will). You don’t need more information. You need a system, support, and a coach who gets it.
